From playing “Are you an elementary school student?” to interviews, KBC’s Dalsu Store is the best of both worlds

The atmosphere was uncharacteristically relaxed for an elementary school student.

On the 9th, the Daebul Sports Center in Daegu kicked off the Daegu Basketball i-League 2024. On this day, the first round (U12) was held, and a total of nine teams competed in three groups. In Group B, KBC Dalseojeom defeated Hana Dream Sports and 카지노 Daebul Sports Club to finish first in the group.

“I started playing basketball when I was in the third grade. There was a basketball academy in front of my house, and my mom told me to give it a try. At first, I wasn’t interested because it was difficult, but it got more and more fun, and I learned teamwork while sweating with my friends, so it became fun,” said Choi Woo-seok (Hansemcho 5) from KBC Dalseo.

Choi Woo-seok, who is the captain of the team, has a sense of dignity that is not typical of elementary school students.

“Coach Moon Kyu-seop always emphasizes confidence and tells us to shoot well from the side,” Choi said. “We were able to win the game because everyone on the team played well, but I want to tell them not to be complacent because we won, but to keep fighting hard. I feel good because we won, but I don’t want to be complacent and want to prepare well for the next game and win bigger.”

Although he doesn’t have a dream yet, Choi Woo-seok is considering playing basketball.

“I haven’t seriously thought about my dreams yet, but if I did, I think I would consider becoming a basketball player,” Choi said. “Recently, while watching the NBA and KBL playoffs, I became fond of Doncic (Dallas) and Heo Hoon (KT). I like them because they both shoot well and are cool. If I were to dream of becoming a basketball player, I would like to become a great player like them.”
