WKBL releases results of referee briefing requested by KB in Game 3 of the championship series

The results of the referee briefing have been released.

On the 29th, the WKBL headquarters in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, held a referee briefing session requested by the Cheongju KB Stars after Game 3 of the Woori Bank Woori WON 2023-2024 Women’s Professional Basketball Championship.

The WKBL released the results on its website after the referee briefing ended. The WKBL announced that there were a total of 22 calls that KB queried on the day, with one incorrect call and 11 unknown results. An incorrect call means an incorrect decision, while an unknown call means that the referee did not point out the situation when a call should have been made.

Game 4 between KB and Woori Bank will be held at Asan Sunshin Gymnasium on the 30th. If Woori Bank wins Game 4, it will avenge its sweep two years ago and win the championship for the second consecutive year, while a KB victory will even the series and force a Game 5 at home in Cheongju.
