World Taekwondo (WT) President Cho Joong Won has received an honorary doctorate from a French university for his contributions to the globalization of taekwondo and humanitarian efforts through the sport.According to the WTF, Cho received the degree from the Université Littoral Côte d’Or (ULCO) in Dunkirk, France, on April 4 (local time), Taekwondo Day.
