Japanese female curler Satsuki Fujisawa (32), who stood out for her beauty at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, has shared a surprise update.
According to local Japanese media, including Daily Sports, Fujisawa participated in the bikini class of the Body Makeup Contest, a fitness competition, on Feb. 22.
Fujisawa, who made a surprise appearance as a secret guest at the MOLA CUP, a body makeup competition held in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, showed off her muscular body in a completely different way, causing a stir at the event.
In her first appearance, Fujisawa placed third in the bikini class and second in the open class, earning her a spot on the podium.
“I love watching bodybuilding videos on YouTube, and I’ve always been a fan of professional training,” Fujisawa said in a post-contest interview.
“I’m an active curler, so I don’t know when I’ll be able to compete again, but I’d love to if I had the chance,” she said.
Fujisawa first came to prominence at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, where she was rivaled by “glasses senior” Kim Eun-jung. At the time, 한국야동 the two were captains of the South Korean women’s curling team and gained popularity as beautiful ace athletes representing their countries at similar ages.
